At First Baptist Church, there is a high priority placed on continuing to grow in faith. We understand that this involves both mind and heart. That is why we always design a variety of adult learning opportunities that we hope will work to provide a wholesome, well-rounded program of adult Christian education. Meets Sunday mornings at 9:30 from the 1st Sunday after Labor Day through the 2nd Sunday in June.

A series that equips believers to study and interpret the Scriptures for themselves, so that we may be trained in righteousness and "be thoroughly equipped for every good work" (cf. 2 Tim. 3:16-17 (link) ).

An in-depth, discussion-oriented study of John's Gospel, so that we "may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing [we] may have life in his name" (cf. John 20:31 (link) ).

An ongoing small group that discusses various Biblical texts and topics for the purpose of growing in our knowledge and obedience to our triune God.
