From Route 128 North:
- Take Exit 38B to Route 28 North toward Reading.
- Follow Route 28 to Reading Square.
- Bear left at the fork and take a left onto Woburn Street.
- First Baptist Church is located on the 2nd block on your right.
From Route 128 South:
- Take Exit 40 to Route 129 Rotary.
- Take the rotary to Route 129 West toward Reading.
- Continue to Reading Square.
- Go straight through Reading Square and take the first left after Reading Square onto Sanborn Street.
- First Baptist Church is located one block down on your right.
From Route 93:
- Take Exit 38 onto Route 129 East.
- Follow Route 129 East through one set of lights.
- Go one mile after the set of lights, take a right onto Sanborn Street.
- First Baptist Church is located one block down on your right.
