Everything in our worship service, from prayer to praise to preaching is designed to lift the congregation into the heavenly presence of God. We recognize that worship is not about entertainment, but about praising and thanking God for who he has and all that he has done for us.

There are many ways to be involved in worship at FBC Reading. We offer a blended service with some of the newest Christian contemporary songs sung alongside traditional Baptist hymns alongside well-known works by classical composers such as Bach and Handel. We strive to glorify God with every fiber of our being from the moment you enter the sanctuary. Our screen prompts you with announcements, scriptures, lyrics to the songs, videos, as well as beautiful imagery that supports the text. Our service is a feast for the eyes and the ears, and all is done to the glory of God. We invite you to worship with us and to share your talents!
