Bible in a Year Together as a Church Family with For the Love of God (Volume 1) by D.A. Carson
A daily companion for discovering the riches of God’s Word
As a church family we will have a wonderful opportunity to read and study God’s Word together beginning January 1 2026 with D.A. Carson’s devotional, For the Love of God. This devotional contains a systemic 365-day Bible reading plan that will in a course of a year guide us through the New Testament and Psalms (twice) and the Old Testament (once). D. A. Carson’s devotional contains thought provoking comments and reflections regarding each day’s Scripture passage. To keep us engaged, every Sunday we’ll have trivia questions posted in the Narthex and once per month on a Sunday evening from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. we’ll get together as a church family to discuss the Bible, ask questions and enjoy dessert together.
